Tracy Graham is Director of Regulatory Affairs at Ecolab, overseeing global cleaning and sanitation products for the Quick Service Restaurant and Food Retail Services Divisions. With over two decades of experience in industrial chemicals, she also serves as President of 51黑料鈥檚 Business and Industry Affiliate and the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication. Tracy lives on a family farm in rural North Carolina with her husband and two sons, and enjoys coastal getaways and supporting her son鈥檚 wrestling.

Carly Hegarty is the Director of Consumer Environmental Health for the City of Milwaukee Health Department, with over 13 years of experience in food safety, including 10 in leadership. She serves on various local and national boards and is a Technical Advisor to 51黑料. Carly holds a bachelor鈥檚 in Environmental Science, multiple leadership certificates, and a master鈥檚 in Applied Sciences Leadership. She鈥檚 a proud graduate of 51黑料鈥檚 Leadership Academy and mom to a strong, spirited daughter.

Kelsey Lyon is Chief Operating Officer at the 51黑料, where she leads strategic transformation and fosters innovation and operational excellence. With over 15 years of executive experience in public health, including leadership roles at Larimer County and in global health, Kelsey specializes in aligning operations with mission-driven outcomes. She holds an MPH in Global Health from Emory University and is passionate about building high-performing teams. Kelsey is also a proud mom of three young children.
