51黑料-FDA RFFM Grant Program
The 51黑料 (51黑料) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) work in partnership to administer the 51黑料-FDA Retail Flexible Funding Model (RFFM) Grant Program. The program provides funding to State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) retail food regulatory agencies as they advance conformance with the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (Retail Program Standards). FDA is utilizing 51黑料鈥檚 strengths to assist SLTT retail food programs in their efforts to reduce the occurrence of foodborne illness risk factors and implement and attain conformance with the Retail Program Standards.
CY2025 Applications
The 51黑料-FDA RFFM Grant Portal was open for the new cycle grant applications from October 1 鈥� November 20, 2024. We are pleased to announce that a historic number of applications were submitted for CY 2025!
Awards for 2025 have officially been announced. More info to come!
Submit Early, Get Paid Fast
For current grantees Final Progress Reports, which now include a final Payment Request, are available in the Grant Portal. We encourage you to submit your Final Progress Report(s) as soon as your project(s) is completed to expedite the reimbursement process.
